Martin Luther King Jr. Day

It's certainly an important time to remember Dr. King and his message. It's important to think about the wonderful progress we've made in reducing racism and discrimination and hate, but equally important to understand that we have a tremendous way to go. How do you think Martin Luther King Jr. would react to the events of today, if he were here to witness them?

This speech has been beaten into our heads since the 1st grade, but there is no such thing as hearing it too many times - the famous "I Have a Dream" speech.

Also, if you haven't, take some time to watch his less known (but phenomenal) speech "I've Been to the Mountaintop," the speech he gave the day before he was assassinated.

Happy 80th birthday, Dr. King.

What next?
