On Wednesday, Maryland's highest court ruled that if someone consents to sex, and then withdraws that consent during sex, it is still considered rape. Thank God. I will never understand how someone can argue that if a woman says "yes" at first, and then a few minutes in, begins screaming "no" and the man does not stop, it is not rape. How is that not rape?
